•  Information about the meetings are circulated around 6 to 8 weeks before the event. Reminders are sent 2 weeks before and then 24 hours prior to the talk.

• We use Eventbrite for the invitations and bookings.​ 

 

• The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants on the day around midday and then again about one hour before the talk.

 

• CPD certificates are sent with the link. 

​

• Registrants will receive a link to the recording a few days after the event.

​

• The 45-60 min talk is followed by discussion until 9pm.

​

• The participation of participants is very welcome.
